- Leagues / Clients own all raw data they submit.
- Rinkalyze owns derived data, calculations, dashboards, and analytics.
- By submitting data, you grant Rinkalyze a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use data for Platform operation, benchmarking, analytics, AI modeling, advertising, and improvement.
- We will never sell your raw data to third parties.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

- Payment processors for billing
- Hosting providers for Platform operation
- Analytics vendors for website and Platform analysis
- Legal authorities if required by law
We do not sell or rent personal data to advertisers.
Leagues may provide links to third party websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

- After termination, data may be exported by Client
- Identifiable data is deleted within six (6) months, or sooner upon request
7. Children & Minors
The Platform is intended for adult leagues only.
- We do not knowingly collect information from minors under 18
- Any content involving minors is the sole responsibility of the league and their guardians
